256-bit AES encryption
All data stored in Zentro — transaction records, reports, account information — is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard used by major financial institutions and government agencies.
TLS 1.3 in transit
Every connection between your browser and Zentro's servers is protected by TLS 1.3. Your data is encrypted in transit and cannot be intercepted or tampered with.
No stored bank credentials
Zentro never asks for or stores your bank username, password, or login credentials. The platform works entirely with CSV exports — you are always in control of what data enters Zentro.
Payments via Stripe
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Zentro never stores or sees your full credit card number, CVV, or billing details.
Access controls
Access to user data within Zentro is strictly limited to personnel who need it to provide the service. All internal access is logged, audited, and subject to principle-of-least-privilege controls.
Regular security reviews
We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure and application code. Vulnerabilities are patched promptly and our security practices are continuously improved.
Beta Notice
Zentro is currently in beta. While we take security extremely seriously, we recommend not uploading sensitive data you cannot afford to lose. Security practices will be independently audited before general availability.
